Daniel Spasic, M.Sc

Board Member

Daniel is a seasoned life science executive with more than 20 years of experience in clinical and regulatory development. Daniel joined Pharmacia & Upjohn in 1995, where he worked in CNS and oncology clinical drug development in Sweden and Italy. He is the founder and owner of TFS International, and his management of the company’s Clinical Contract Research Operations created a $100 million business employing 800+ professionals in 20 countries. Daniel divested his participation in TFS to Ratos AB in 2015.

Marc Dietrich, MD

Health Investment Advisor

Dr. Marc Dietrich earned his Master of Medicine in 2015 and his MD in 2018 at the University of Basel. After receiving his Swiss federal medical diploma, he worked as a physician in internal medicine, in the emergency department and in the intensive care unit, where he gained experience in various medical subspecialties. Dr. Dietrich completed his Certificate of Advanced Studies in Pharmaceutical Medicine, Medicines Development, and Healthcare Business Environment at the European Center of Pharmaceutical Medicine (ECPM).

Patrik Sobocki, M.Sc., Ph.D.

Digital Health Investment Advisor

Patrik is a highly-skilled life science executive and venture investor with almost 20 years of experience that includes commercial leadership as well as two successful start-up journeys in health tech and international R&D. Today, Patrik is leading venture investments in health tech with Industrifonden. Previously, Patrik was CEO of the health tech start-up Pygargus, which was acquired by IMS Health in 2013. He stayed with IMS for three years, holding leadership positions in Europe, Africa and Asia.

Richard Thomas

Chairman of the Board

Richard is a veteran technology executive and innovator with a successful track record for creating tech-enabled businesses with a focus on life sciences and healthcare. He brings deep operational and investment expertise gained through roles at some of the world’s premiere organizations including Quintiles/IQVIA, Nielsen and Genstar Capital. At Genstar Capital, Richard is a Strategic Advisory Board member and serves as a director for portfolio companies Signant Health and Advarra. At Linden Capital he is an operating executive and director at ProPharma Group. Richard also serves on the advisory boards for Datavant, Change Healthcare, Vitaltrax and Lokavant.
