Richard Thomas

Richard Thomas is a healthcare and life sciences industry leader, entrepreneur, and board director with more than 30 years of experience at the intersection of technology, clinical research, data, and healthcare.

Richard spent more than a decade at Quintiles, where he served as President of Technology & Solutions and as a member of the Executive Committee. He helped build and scale Quintiles’ technology capabilities and played a key role in its growth, including the company’s combination with IMS Health to create what is now IQVIA.

Today, Richard is President and CEO of R Ventures and an Operating Partner at Linden Capital Partners, a leading healthcare-focused private equity firm. He is Chairman of the Board of Trialbee and serves on the boards of Aspirion, Aptitude Health, RQM+, Evolution Research Group, and Signant Health.

Richard brings deep expertise in healthcare technology, clinical research, data and analytics, and business strategy, with extensive experience building and advising healthcare and life sciences companies.
